Warm chinos. We're going to tell you about a pair of pants to wear by the fire, as September has been a scorching hot month. But don't worry, warm chinos will soon be in style, which is a good thing, because we're bringing them to you in December. A little goes a long way, so we've selected three looks.
>> Discover the Hot Chino <<
Look 1: Total flannel look

When you love something, you don't count the cost, so you don't hesitate to go the extra mile . With this first look, you can definitely consider going to work, in the warmth. In detail, we chose:
- A textured white polo shirt to avoid falling into a look that's too classic. It's a matter of taste, but we recommend tucking it into your warm chinos. Especially since it's an opportunity to highlight its beautiful, clean finishes: an elastic waistband and drawstring, which will make a statement.
- A flannel overshirt in a lovely dark khaki. It stands out from the beautiful charcoal gray of the warm chinos, without going overboard in color. This way, you'll stay warm all over without looking too busy. For the coldest weather, you'll obviously want to switch to a coat.
- We lighten the mood downstairs with minimalist white sneakers , to honor our dear and tender warm Chino.
Look 2: Lumberjack Flannel

Checks have definitely earned a place of royalty in the textile landscape, especially for men. You just need to know how to choose them.
- We chose a large checkered shirt . Always less risky when you don't want to make a faux pas. Large checks are very elegant, and colors are obviously important. We chose to recall the charcoal gray of the warm chinos to create a unity in the outfit and we combined it with touches of warm colors because we like to be first degree in winter. Red and beige.
- A white T-shirt underneath, firstly because we don't joke about the December cold. Secondly because it allows you to open your shirt while remaining formal. At the same time, it shows your mastery of fashion and ultimately your impertinence. We leave it completely up to you how many buttons you want to open, you can go further.
- In terms of shoes, we could have opted for very simple white sneakers (with wedges widely allowed with this outfit) or dark Chelsea boots to create a unity, with the anthracite gray of the warm Chino .
Look 3: Sportswear flannel

Flannel is very open-minded, it welcomes all cultures. We opted for winks, details that we think make the difference. If you want, you can also go further by dedicating an entire boulevard to streetwear culture : the warm chino itself has borrowed some codes from the jogpant . The elastic waistband for example.
- A colorful t-shirt . We chose a solid autumnal orange to maintain a certain elegance, we can't help it. It pairs wonderfully with gray while maintaining a soft sobriety.
- To highlight this orange, we once again used a miracle technique: the overshirt . A thick fabric, please, or even denim. This time, we're giving a little nod to summer with a pretty off-white.
- A quick reminder in the same tones with a plain rounded cap . If you don't want to buy again, or if it suits you better, we encourage you to wear a printed cap, which is even more assertive.
- For the shoes we chose magnificent lace-up ankle boots in brown leather with beautiful highlights to fit in with the warm chinos . So they coexist wonderfully without stealing the spotlight from each other.
What about maintenance?
Do you like fluff, that fluffy textile material that caresses the skin? Then you like cotton flannel ! Yes, this funny name was originally given to it to distinguish it from wool flannel.
Choose a "delicate laundry" program or a cycle that does not exceed a washing temperature of 30°C . You can use fabric softener ; it's even a good idea to protect its texture! However, avoid the tumble dryer, which could cause it to shrink. If you insist on ironing, then opt for a low temperature iron .
