How to exchange or return a product

Return conditions
  • You have 30 days after delivery to request an exchange or refund.
  • The product must be new : never worn, never washed, never altered.
  • It must be in its original packaging , with the cardboard label still attached .
  • For hygiene reasons , underwear and socks cannot be returned.

Free returns in store (Paris, Lyon, Lille)

If you are in one of these cities (or just passing through), you can exchange or get a refund in store for free .
In this case, please DO NOT follow the online return procedure: simply come to the store with your order number.

Back online (from France)
  • Exchanges are offered .
  • If you exchange your order for a credit note, you will receive an additional 10% off your next order.
  • In the event of a refund request, a contribution towards return costs (€4.90) will be deducted from the refunded amount.

If you did not create an account when you made your purchase, you can simply create one now using the same email address you used when placing your order .

We explain the steps just below.

  1. Go to your "Account" area, select the order in question, then follow the procedure in "Return Request".
  2. Download and affix the return label to your package. I place the new product(s) in their original packaging, along with my Return Form, inside my package. Finally, I affix the prepaid label to my package.
  3. Go to a Pickup point near you to drop off your parcel.
International returns
  • Returns from abroad are at the customer's expense .
  • Go to your "Account" area, select the order in question, then follow the procedure in "Return Request".

Note: LePantalon may refuse a return if the product's condition does not meet the requirements. In this case, the product will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Price per set & refund conditions (Classic Chino Pack)

For Classic Chinos , the unit price varies depending on the number of items purchased simultaneously. In the event of a partial return, the refund amount is recalculated based on the price corresponding to the quantity actually kept by the customer.

Example: if the customer buys 2 chinos (one at the price of €95 and one at the reduced price of €75, i.e. a total of €170), then returns one, the applicable rate becomes that of a single purchase (€95).

The refund will then be equal to the difference between the amount initially paid and the amount due for the item kept, i.e. €75.
