How to exchange or return a product
Return conditions
- You have 30 days after delivery to request an exchange or a refund.
- The product must be new: never worn, never washed, never altered.
- It must be in its original packaging, with the cardboard label still attached.
- For hygiene reasons, boxer shorts and socks cannot be returned.
Free exchanges (in France)
Not sure about the size or the colour? Order with peace of mind: from France, exchanges are free within 30 days.
In Paris, Lyon or Lille? Come to one of our stores with your order number and the exchange is done on the spot.
Free returns in store (Paris, Lyon, Lille)
If you are in one of these cities (or just passing through), you can exchange or get a refund in store for free.
In this case, please DO NOT follow the online return procedure: simply come to the store with your order number.
Online returns (from France)
- Exchanges are free.
- If you exchange your item for a credit note, you get an extra 10% off your next order.
- For a refund request, a €4.90 contribution to return costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
If you did not create an account when you made your purchase, simply create one now using the same email address as for your order.
We explain the steps just below.
- Go to your "Account" area, select the order concerned, then follow the procedure under "Return request".
- Download the return label and stick it on your parcel. Put the new product(s) in their original packaging in the parcel, together with the return slip. Then stick the prepaid label on the parcel.
- Drop off your parcel at a Pickup relay point near you.
International returns
- Returns from abroad are at the customer's expense.
- Go to your "Account" area, select the order concerned, then follow the procedure under "Return request".
Note: LePantalon may refuse a return if the product's condition does not meet these requirements. In that case, the product will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
Multi-buy prices & refund conditions (Classic Chino Pack)
For the Classic Chino, the unit price depends on the number of items bought together. In the event of a partial return, the refund is recalculated based on the price corresponding to the quantity the customer actually keeps.
Example: if the customer buys 2 chinos (one at €95 and one at the reduced price of €85, i.e. €180 in total), then returns one, the applicable price becomes that of a single purchase (€95).
The refund is then the difference between the amount initially paid and the amount due for the item kept, i.e. €85.
Likewise, for 3 chinos bought together (€95 + €85 + €70, i.e. €250), if the customer returns one, the applicable price becomes that of 2 chinos (€180): the refund will be €70.
