Return conditions

  • You have 30 days after delivery to request an exchange or refund. During the end-of-year holidays, this period is exceptionally extended to 60 days.
  • The product must be new : never worn, never washed, never altered.
  • He must be in its original packaging, with the cardboard label still attached.
  • For hygiene reasons, the boxer shorts and socks cannot be returned

 

Free return to store (Paris, Lyon, Lille)

If you are in one of these cities (or passing through), you can carry out for free your exchange or refund in store.
In this case, please do NOT follow the online return procedure: Simply go to the store with your order number.

Return online (from France)

  • The exchanges are offered.
  • If exchanged for a credit, you benefit from an additional -10% on your next order.
  • In the event of a refund request, a contribution to the return costs (€4.90) will be deducted from the amount refunded.

If you did not create an account when you purchased, simply create one now using the same email address as when you ordered.

We explain the steps to you just below.
  1. Go to your "Account" area, select the order concerned, then follow the procedure in "Return request".
  2. Download and attach the return label to your package. I include the new product(s) in my package in their original packaging as well as my Return Slip. Finally, I stick the Prepaid Label on my package.
  3. Go to a Pickup relay point near you to drop off your package.

 

International returns

  • Returns from abroad are at the customer's expense.
  • Go to your "Account" area, select the order concerned, then follow the procedure in "Return request".

Note: LePantalon may refuse a return if the condition of the product does not meet the conditions. In this case, the product will be returned to the customer at his expense.


Price per lot & refund conditions (Classic Chino Pack)

For the Classic Chinos, le prix unitaire varie en fonction du nombre d’articles achetés simultanément.En cas de retour partiel, le montant du remboursement est recalculé sur la base du prix correspondant à la quantité effectivement conservée par le client.

Example:si le client achète 2 chinos (un au prix de 95 € et un au prix réduit de 75 €, soit un total de 170 €), puis en retourne un, le tarif applicable devient celui d’un achat à l’unité (95 €).

Le remboursement sera alors égal à la différence entre le montant initialement payé et le montant dû pour l’article conservé, soit 75 €.
