Make an exchange or return a product
You have 30 days from delivery of your order to make an exchange or return.
The product must be NEW : never worn, never washed, never altered.
It must be in its original packaging and its cardboard label must still be attached.
PLEASE NOTE : For obvious hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for underwear and socks.

Are you in Paris, Lyon or Lille?
If you are in one of these cities or simply passing through, you can drop off your return directly in our stores.
Please bring your return slip or invoice with you.
From France:
- Exchanges are offered
- If you exchange it for a credit note, you will receive an additional 10% off your next order.
- In the event of a refund request, a contribution to the return costs (€4.90) will be deducted from the refunded amount.
We explain the steps just below.
- Visit our return request page to initiate the process.
- Download and affix the return label to your package. I include the new product(s) in their original packaging and my Return Slip in my package. Finally, I affix the prepaid label to my package.
- Go to a Pickup point near you to drop off your package.
Price per lot and refund conditions
For Classic Chino , the unit price varies depending on the number of items purchased at the same time. In the event of a partial return, the refund amount is recalculated based on the price corresponding to the quantity actually kept by the customer.
Example: If the customer buys 2 chinos (one at the price of €95 and one at the reduced price of €75, for a total of €170), then returns one, the applicable price becomes that of a single purchase (€95).
The refund will then be equal to the difference between the amount initially paid and the amount due for the item kept, i.e. €75.
Returns from international destinations are the responsibility of the customer.
To return a product from abroad, follow the same steps above. No prepaid label will be provided; you are responsible for postage.
We will return the new garment to you at our expense or refund you within 14 days. LePantalon reserves the right to refuse the return depending on the condition of the product. The product will then be returned to the customer, with the customer responsible for the shipping costs incurred for this return.
